VPNManager
The class provides an interface for VPN related operations.
It is a singleton class that can start a VPN connection, check its state, and set additional options. Because of some VPN operations require admin rights, it should be used together with VPNService, which is a part of external application or service.

bool isOutsideDNSBlocking ()
Check if stop DNS leak option is enabled.
Return value
true - if enabled, false - otherwise.
runVPN
void runVPN (VPNProtocolprotocol, VPNProfileprofile)
Try to run VPN connection with specified configuration.
Parameters
- protocol
- VPN protocol for connection.
- profile
- Configurations.
Return value
true - if enabled, false - otherwise.
setOutsideDNSBlocking
void setOutsideDNSBlocking (boolblockOutsideDNS)
Enables/disables stop DNS leak option.
Parameters
- blockOutsideDNS
Return value
true - if enabled, false - otherwise.
stopVPN
bool stopVPN ()
Try to stop VPN connection if exist.
Return value
false - if there is no VPN connection, true - otherwise.
